We began as Mission Tesoro.

The vision of Mission Tesoro" - Hotel Mission de Oro was built and opened in 1974 by Jesus Monroy, who was inspired to recreate the mission in his father's hometown of Tepoztlan in Morelos, Mexico.

We love our furry friends here at the hotel and urge you to walk around and enjoy the lush grounds, abundant grass and walkways; however, we do ask that you please keep them on a leash at all times and do no bring them in the pool area or inside the gym.

We offer dog beds and bowls to ensure their stay is as comfortable as possible. Our outdoor dining patio welcomes our furry food lovers too.

Unattended pets may be removed from the property at the expense of the pet owner.

Are you a smoke-free facility?

We are a smoke-free hotel with the exception of a few designated smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms nor on the balcony of hotel rooms.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, we have designated pet friendly rooms. We do charge a $30 pet fee. See 'Pet Friendly' tab above for more information.

What is the check-in/check-out policy?

Check-In time is 3 pm  |  Check-Out time is 11 am

What’s the minimum age to book a room?

You must be 18 years of age to book and stay in a room without a parent or guardian.

Do you have a restaurant or bar on-site?

Yes, The Kitchen at The Mission and the Mission Lounge. Our restaurant has a large outdoor dining patio.
